The information at the beginning of the process was incorrect (no appraisal would be needed?).
Information loaded onto the secure portal was over looked and had to be sent again and again.
The first Loan Originator we had was terrible at communication and left without even letting us know. Not even the manager had reached out to let us know he was gone. If it wasn't for Cody and Krista we we planning on walking away from AmeriSave....
