Context - I have completed refis before and this ended up being one of the more aggregating ones. Actual closing ended up being 30+ days after we passing initial underwriting (which pass smoothly) with no clear communication on reason for delays....

Rayan failed to answer my emails and phone calls for almost 2 weeks! It left me wondering who was handling my business and if even she was OK, I believe she was on vacation and forgot about me., Luckily the loan processor gut, Isaac, was great...
