I prefer weekly communication and had to reach out to get updates on several occassions
Progress updates. Timeliness. Really, just basic competence from both Jose and Cynthia would have been great. The closer and I were commiserating about how frustrating they were to work with.
Corey is awesome! He's attentive to detail, personable, and always available. He communicates well and is truly enjoyable to interact with. Never tempted to ignore a call from him!
