Jason was very prompt to respond to all of my questions. Made the whole process much easier

Timely communication and everything closed on time and without a hitch.

The communication was awful, had to call several times to figure out what was going on. At the beginning ill admit he seemed pleasant. He had asked me if i could do some side work for him in which he never paid me for. Proceeded to not respond...
