Information was incorrect. Employment was never confirmed and had my wife working in New York City when we reside in Pennsylvania. Calls were not returned.

Yessinia was great from day 1 to when Escrow closed! Would recommend New American to anyone - yes it does take time folks - a lot is involved but New Americans people were patient, very thorough (hence why they ask for so much documentation...

Personable and answered all my questions. Also David made sure I knew my options in our refi decisions

Better communication when new documents are sent to sign. A phone call, text, or email with a brief description of the reason for the new document to be signed before the document is sent would be greatly appreciated and would appear more transparent...
