Dave was great. The underwriters were the real pain…..

Great attitude, knowledgeable, calming, was available anytime we needed her.

Ted was very informative and kept in contact to keep us updated on the status of our loan and anything that was needed. He answered any questions we had and made sure everything made sense. It was great working with him.

Better communication. Numerous calls and emails from me was straight up ignored until I called the general number and asked someone to get Manny or Latoiya. It was extremely frustrating and I will never recommend NAF to anyone.
