It wasn't Anna that was the issue, we had to extend the contract due to the processor who failed. They waited until the last minute to get information regarding Logans paystubs. This made everyone very stressed. Very poor customer service....

There were complications in processing loan. Not so sure it was Shy’s fault however someone dropped the ball in the process. Communication was lacking and had to get assistance from higher ups. Thankful that whoever was assisting in this loan...

Not only did they offer great deals and have partner relationships that were top-notch plus they offer incentives on top of that. Overall we were very pleased with the product/offer and the level of service and consistent communications.
