Shevell was very informative and let me know of everything going on. Stayed in communication and I truly appreciated it.

It wasn't clear to me how the closing was happening and we didn't get a choice on day or time. Our checks were not made out to the correct people and the amounts were incorrect as well. It didn't seem like they followed up on current amounts....
