This is the second refi I've done with Bailey and both experiences have been great. He is very responsive and informative. I would definitely do business with him again and recommend him to others.
There was a lot of rushing, also the amount for the lenders credit changed. It should have stayed the same even if the amount of the loan changes. Once you agreed on something it should stay that way.
