Friendly , courteous, and professional.

Everything went very smoothly. It was easy to file all of my documentation online. My bank account balances were even retrieved electronically, so that I didn’t have to provide any account statements.

Very simple process with minimal bureaucracy. Only complaint is with the rates being so low, many people are refinancing so, it took a little longer and some follow with the underwriter to stay on top of it and get it done within 7 weeks
