    It’s all about communication. Hunter showed consistency in communication and when he presented information it was timely, it was easy to understand and reliable. Don’t lose this guy.

    Most of my positive interaction has been with the loan officer (Jake Johnson and Robert Rodiguez). The underwriters made the re-fi process somewhat insulting and delayed the process.
