    It was not disclosed that extra time to complete the loan would cost us points and decrease the amount of money we were getting back. There was far too much paperwork, we would no sooner send requested documentation, only to receive another...

    The documents were clear and easy to understand and easily gotten to via emails. Would have liked to know that there were costs to extend the mortgage dates and what the cost was.

    This process was very well organized and fast. We closed on the loan in about two weeks. Ben was outstanding to deal with, communication was never an issue.

    Everything went smoothly. When there was an issue with with the title that I was working to clear and wasn’t able to it was handled for me. I will highly recommend Caroline and team to my friends & family.
