Jonathan was professional and transparent throughout the refinancing process. He was patient in answering questions and aslo prompt in returning phone calls.
The communication was phenomenal through the whole process an any and all questions were always answered in a timely fashion
The first home we made an offer on fell through due to la I of communication and follow through. The second home would have been similar.
Although things took longer than expected, I felt that Jonathan was trying to move things along as best he could.
