    Once application was finalized and handed over, never heard from Josh again. Received some docs from Cory to sign but other than than I have no idea who this is. No prosomal contact was made.

    Ivan was always helpful an made the process simple an easy to go through and he made sure everything was taking care of in a timely manner an offer he didn’t have the answers he would find out. For me an get back with me quickly
