My experience was okay. Once it got beyond Caleb, I felt a little lost. It was my first time at changing providers and I was unsure of how things were supposed to go. In the end, it turned out fine.
Clear and concise information in a timely manner should be required. Documentation requests repetitive, some for items already received. Incomplete and different information from multiple people.
