    Marcell did a GREAT job!!! The Underwriters mixed up our information, more than once which delayed us 3 months to finish the process. Absolutely no reason for this when they had all of the information they needed!

    Over 2 months to close. Weeks with no communication Closing appt changed no one notified us. Over 15 days for all payouts to occur. A check sent to Capital One vs a wire Mskes no sense Almost walked away from this in October and wish I had....
