Mr Wilks is proficient, professional and personable. His knowledge is vast. Kevin stays in touch and kept me informed. My experience was excellent and I would and have given Mr Wilks a referral.

Natalie was very pleasant even when I was difficult and made the entire experience happen quickly and in expensively and communication was always excellent

Overall, Dayna and team did a great job working with my wife and I on acquiring our home loan. There were missteps and miscommunications about deadlines and fees, but those were quickly rectified after the fact. Dayna did a phenomenal job.

Theresa was great at communicating!! We had a few bumps along the way to closing, but she was always there, walking me through what needed to be done. Calling or texting to make sure I knew what was happening and where we were in the process....

Theresa is always very responsive and is great to work with.

This makes the sixth time I’ve closed on a home and it has never been this smooth and easy. I experienced fast responses and clear instruction on everything I needed throughout the entire process. Very pleased!

There was a lack of communication about paperwork towards the end with Stephanie Loera, this could have been handled better. Still not sure when we’ll get final paperwork and escrow check.
