    Brennan did wonderful at first. Then he kind of dropped the ball. I had to reach out to him several times to get the ball rolling again. He is a TERRIFIC person, he really is!! His follow up has a lot to be desired.

    All though I was nervous at first as this was the first time refinancing and I didn't know the process he helped me understand the process, once I gave all information needed the process was rather easy definitely will recommend to other people...
