    Ivan is great at explaining everything and making sure you understand it. His communication is superb. Very helpful from start to finish. The best experience I have ever had buying a house.

    All my questions were answered fast and in a timely manner, even when he was not work, he corrected the other mistakes the in the loan process that the other departments made and the loan with easy without any hold ups. 5 stars
