    Marcell did an excellent job communicating and following thru. However, there appeared to be a communication breakdown once my file got to underwriting. This caused delays in the underwriting process some of which I felt were avoidable.

    Phat was great. The loan processor was OK because she was hampered by the inefficient underwriters. In the 40+ years of getting mortgages I’ve never experienced such inefficiencies in underwriting.

    Hunter has great communication and this kept us very informed throughout the process!!! This communication also help to keep us comfortable during the process! I would highly recommend Hunter for customers that like details.
