My loan processors and the underwriting department were unorganized, didn’t know what they wanted from me and were unresponsive. I also received a higher than the prevailing market interest rate. Will never use AmerSave again and won’t recommend...

Very easy to contact the agent and he was prompt and professional with every interaction.

Brad Thompson was very informative and helpful. I felt like he cared and was trying to help me get through the process as easy as possible. Unfortunately, Meghann Garner was not very good.

The information we shared to make this deal happen.

Brent was helpful and pleasant to speak and work with.

Taylor was great and went out of his way to help me at all hours of the day

Extremely great personality fast respond cares about helping good people.

First, the amount and timely communication. He was on top of everything and kept us informed. Second, easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Lastly, just a great attitude and friendly.

Hunter was very knowledgeable about the process and understood every aspect the the business. He made sure all was correct before sending us information. Kept us updated on what was going on.

If the lender would have adhered to the contract deadlines and worked more diligently to meet those deadlines. The client was never kept in the loop and we had to push closing multiple times due to issues in the lender’s control
