Informative and punctual.
Carlton provided clear communication with me as I went through the qualifying process. Carlton answered and of my questions; concerns and made sure I understood everything along the way.
Alejandro worked really hard to help me close on a refi and provided solid advice & guidance on resolving an appraisal issue. I feel like Alejandro is very trustworthy, which is such a critical trait when dealing with my primary residence.
The communication was seamless and very responsive. Questions were always responded to promptly and clearly to ensure full understanding as well as peace of mind.

Better communication with all parties, borrower, realtor. Needed to set a concrete closing date and time prior to the evening before scheduled closing date. We were informed that our paperwork was finished on Friday, but had to wait on paperwork...
