Very informative

Thank you so much for a great experience. Randy and all of the staff at New American Funding were great to work with.

Charlie was very quick to respond and stayed in touch with me throughout the process.

The patience and helpfulness that we received was amazing. Thanks so much for your support and help with our loan.

Pat always returned my phone calls or emails. He was very thorough in answering my questions.

The entire refinance experience was stellar. Paul Alexander was extremely professional,knowledgeable and he had an outstanding personality. I will definitely work with Paul again and recommend my family and friends to New American Funding.

Poor communication, did not find out closing date and location til the evening prior. Was told the loan was ready on a Friday and had to wait til Tuesday for the documents to be sent in to the title company. Questions were left unanswered through...
