Great at what he does and everything else

Carlton was very knowledgeable and supportive through the whole process. He made sure we felt heard and it was clear he genuinely cared about us.

Anthony is great asset to your company. He listened to our needs. Was very responsive and made the experience pleasant and easy!

I actually responded to this question in a previous survey; I will defer to my response from that survey, as it had not changed.

New American Funding seems to care about their customers more than any other lender with whom I have worked. I truly believe that this is reflected through Mobin’s work ethic and how he took the time to connect with me to understand my refinance...

Crystal is very very helpful very polite and pleasant to work with Bill was also very pleasant and went over and above both of them to get me funded and to make sure everything was fine I would definitely recommend both too everyone great customer...

Had alot of hiccups and set backs and he fought through it with great communication and guidance with us till the end of the whole process, very knowledgeable.
