Chase was readily available to answer any questions. If I didn't understand something he was very good at explaining it to me. He was very patient with us as we worked on this private purchase of our home. It sure made it less stressful.

Alejandro was great! He worked hard all the way to the end. I feel like the underwriting process was the short-coming in this transaction.
