Paul and Diana were great in responding timely, but it appears that they were either not fully prepared or experienced enough to anticipate numerous last-minute requests from underwriting for additional personal financial and insurance requirements...

The time it took to from start to finish was excellent even with a couple of hiccups there was no drag time everything moved right along and communication was great throughout the process!

Very efficient and knowledgeable and explained everything very well.
