They helped me get approved, and walked me through the entire process. Ashley was an absolute dream, and really took care of us. I strongly recommend them for the purchasing process. A complete example of how to do things!

This is not the first time we do a refi with New American. Always great and prompt service. They make it easy for us. Will certainly use them again.
