Overall the process took longer than I was told. When there was something needed from my HOA I should have been notified immediately what was needed because I ended up having to reach out to HOA for the items as they shared they couldn’t send...

More communication- actual Communication on items we were waiting on, more transparency- literally one of the worst Deals I’ve ever done.

everything was straight forward. maybe some little bumps here and there, but got through them.

I highly recommend!! Donavin Harkin was amazing. He was supportive from the beginning to the end of the home buying process. Excellent service!!

He didn't communicate with me as the agent much only talked to the client.

Returned my calls promptly. Answered questions in a simple manner. Addressed concerns. Explained the loan process in detail. Worked with me to find the best loan to fit my budget. Went out of his way to contact people when I had concerns.
