He was available when I had questions and if he didn't answer right when I called he would reapond respond quickly there after He helped guide us theough situations we were unclear on and made the process fairly easy.

I had to ask for better communication from the loan officer because I would go multiple days with no responses and when I sent stuff I thought i I sent everything and then would find out 4 days later on a friday Friday they still needed more....

It's not that my experience was not memorable or even unpleasant, my initial contact, Gilbert did all the leg work - at least that is what it seemed like. Once everything went through, all these other people started to come into the picture....
