we discussed a no money down. and when I got to closing they said I needed a $13,000 cashier check, no one said anythiing. so i still cant live in the house as i have NO Appliences.

jump through hoops for me he was amazing was big old roller coaster with the sellers and he made me feel very secure about getting the house and throughout the whole thing he made sure I understood everything and it was always there for me
