    Brett was great. However, there did seem to be a bit of unnecessary busy work and bureaucracy that was out of his control. For example, needing a survey (for a condo) and multiple employment verifications with my one employer.

    Nolan helped us through every step of the mortgage process which was completely new to us. He got back to us with answers to all of our questions fast no matter how many times a day we emailed him. I can't say enough good things about him!
