Pretty much couldn't get ahold of her for 3 weeks my realtor tried getting a hold of her as well and had the same issue. Was way more stressful then it should of been. Plus my closing date was moved which is irrating
Easy handling of everything electronically up until the closing. The closing was very efficient, easy and handled by a notary who came to our house.
Near the end of the loan approval process, my cash to close requirements were jumping up and down like crazy. We ended up paying almost twice what we had originally anticipated.
