Michael helped me navigate buying my first house extremely straightforward (well, as straightforward as the mortgage process can be, at least). He was a straight shooter, and didn't beat around the bush in unfavorable situations.

Phenomenal support at any hour of the day. Helped us get to where we needed to be to get out home. The entire thing was stressful, through no fault of his. But he made it as clear as possible and as smooth as it could be.
