Joseph was always available for us to call for anything. He was great throughout the whole experience. He would call to check in with us to make sure we didn't need anything. If we had any questions big or small He found the answers for us...

There was a lot of miscommunication and delays throughout the process. The delays were frustrating, but it would have been better received if they were openly and promptly communicated to us. We went weeks without any update at one point.
