Michelle always keeps open communication with the client and me. She buds great rapport and allows my clients to grasp the full understanding of the loan process. Thanks for being so hand on!! The industry needs more LO's like you.

Michelle was great and answered all of our questions. We were first time buyers and had many many questions and Michelle was patient and helpful throughout the mortgage process.

Michelle was always easily accessible by text.l if i was worried about something or needed to know something.

Michelle was always upbeat and positive throughout my loan process. She was a good listener and helped me become a new homeowner when there were days I just wanted to give up. Buying a home is very stressful.

At closing th docs were not there ! Three different times! Had to call corporate to have someone there get the docs to our closing attorney! Would NEVER recommend !
