Really did a good job, was always there to answer my questions or guide me through the process. All in all, he did great.
Chuck was very helpful and friendly throughout the process. He took the time to explain each step of the loan process in detail to my wife and I.
Think I had 4 different loan officers, once I got the last one it was fine. Think it might be because people are working from home. They kept calling my wife’s employer to check employment almost daily, even after we signed the closing documents....
