Erek was great. He followed the process and walked us through every step. Erek always returned phone calls and emails very quickly.

Melvin really took time with my husband and I (mostly my husband) in walking us through this process. He even was able to arrange a witness for the signing of the refi, which was a really nice thought. Thank you, Melvin!
