my loan officer made it very easy to follow alone, he was there every step of the way with answers to all my many questions
As the title says Jimmy is simply the best. He’s been my loan officer for 2 properties and every time the process has been seamless. He’s always willing to answer any and all questions you may have.

The rate was great and the technology was good. Having spent 20 years in the industry I felt that the communication could have been way better. There were weeks on end when we heard nothing. A weekly status report would have been nice
Simple and easy process from start to finish. The most time consuming part was uploading docs

The underwriting or whoever kept asking for things I already sent. Due to their mistakes, it took 3 months instead of 2. That caused some major problems for me. Then the final disbursement was wrong and hasn't been corrected yet.
