It wasn't Mike's fault, I didn't know we had liens against us and it took a long time to get them resolved

Great company..Adam Yang was God sent he stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process..He kept me informed as to what to expect during each phase of the loan process. We hit some rough patches on my end..But Adam was very professional..helped...

I love the collaboration between the staff ( Henry, Damien, and Jem). They were patient working with me and help in making my dream come true. I did not think we could close on a house in a month due to the time constrain but they made it happen....

Adam made the process easy and kept me informed...We had a few stumbling blocks!!..But we did it..It was GREAT working with him.

Without Sarah going above and beyond, my family and I wouldn’t have the opportunity to be in SC where we’ve always wanted to end up. I would work with Sarah again in a heartbeat. Thank you Sarah for everything you did for me!

Michelle was very knowledgeable, and I felt well advised by her on every step of the process. For being a first-time buyer and not knowing how the Loan process works I found Michelle to be helpful and she took the time to explain it to me.

Lee was very helpful and answered all of our questions quickly. Even our realtor raved about how helpful and quick he was. He was a blessing!

My experience with other mortgage companies, Chase, etc… is that when rates fell prior to my closing, my rate fell with it. Not at Churchill, unfortunately.
