There was a glitch in our first closing papers (they escrowed our homeowner's ins by mistake). It was fixed in less than 24 hours. We were updated on each step of the process by email/text or both.

There was a glitch in our first closing papers (they escrowed our homeowner's ins by mistake). It was fixed in less than 24 hours.
This was our second refinance with RMS it was smooth and easy. When I had questions they were answered very quickly.
Eric continues to be a great resource in the residential mortgage space. He was quick to respond to any questions that I had. I would highly recommend Eric and his team at RMS.
