Great communication. Made himself available for us and the client. Clients were elderly and Eric did a fantastic job of making sure their questions were answered. He was kind, patient, and went above and beyond for our clients.
My financing issues initially were complex. Eric quickly came up with creative approaches to those challenges impressed me more than any lender I have dealt with. And I had a 45 year career in banking.
