Communication was easy and relatively prompt. Riana was very knowledgable and got me the answers I needed. Underwriting was a bit of a pain but Riana did everything she could to make the process efficient. She was great at answering questions...

This is the second loan Todd has helped me with. He called when I needed a loan, provided all necessary documentation, and spent time explaining all the costs and rates. Overall a great experience.
