We found the help with the relatively complicated situation extremely useful and painless. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know that is in the market to buy a home and finance it with a mortgage.

I had non-traditional income and Heath/People’s was able to help me find a way to satisfy the income requirements necessary to qualify for the loan when banks showed no interest in anything but simple cookie-cutter applications.
