I started my mortgage career in 2002 and have since closed over a billion dollars in production. I’ve served as a branch manager, led a team of six, and managed an office of 20, including five loan officers. My strengths in mindset, communication, and systems have shaped my approach to leadership and growth. I spent 10 years with The Core Training—five as a coach—and earned two Blue Dragons! Outside of work, I stay active: I cold plunge daily, play pickleball three times a week, I’m a six-time Ironman finisher, a Level 2 Sommelier, an avid skier, and I’ve climbed the Grand Teton.
