Explored multiple options in order to save us money and explained things thoroughly for us both to understand. Come closing time, we knew what to expect and what all the numbers meant, so there were no issues and little to no questions.

Laura was awesome when it came to responding to our questions and emails/texts, as she did this quickly. However, with us being first time homebuyers and being new to the process she did not provide us with much advice like we had expected....

As much as we are aware things get busy and people have other clients but when you are asked to send things of personal information and it some how gets lost or questions are asked and not answered but demands are received from the other end...
