When ever we had questions through out the refinancing process Cynthia was always quick to respond and patient when explaining the information.
The process was moderately issue-free and many documents were able to be transmitted online, making the process even more streamlined. Cynthia and her staff made personal phone calls to ensure items were sent/received in a timely manner.
As a first time homeowner Cynthia made the process extremely simple and straightforward. She was flexible with her schedule so we wouldn't have to take time off work to sign paperwork.
