I had a great communication with Jeffery and team regarding all the matters and provided info as needed.
Third-party fees, such as a Credit report for $235 and a final Inspection for $195, were far higher than Industry standards. Also, I see the Admin Fee, closing fee, Processing Fee, and Underwriting fee on the loan. These fees are far higher...
