Everyone was very supportative, and kept us informed through whole process. I we did not understand something, Sean and Alex were right there to explain what we had a question about. They were always available for our calls or emails.

Even though at we were anxious and flying off the rails, Jackie was in constant communication with us. She really kept us calm, was always reassuring, and we closed on time!

She called me weekly to advise status. She helped me in so many ways above and beyond what she could and shut up thank you

So my wife wanted me to meet with another lender to at least hear what they have to say along with comparing apples to apples with the lender we had already been assigned to. We weren't really kept updated on what was going on with the loan...

Jackie was there for me anytime, answering questions and getting the job done no matter when it was. I couldn't have had a better person handling my situation. I can't thank Jackie enough!
