Steve was very helpful, however, the employees under Steve did quite the opposite. They messed up quite a bit and delayed the process. I would suggest starting there to improve.

Justiel and janna helped us a lot with the paper works thru email.. Like I told Janna,if we knew the paper work for applying a morgage loan was that HECTIC,we would have hired a Real State lawyer.Thanks God it is over. Thank you.
