Paperwork went easily to underwriting. Molly was an excellent source of information and was always available for questions and to drop off paperwork. Steve called and kept us informed , telling us where our loan status was at all times.

Jim response time to every question or concern throughout the process was exceptional. He listened to our needs and guided us through the loan process.
